Local Attractions

Rose Briar enjoys an enviable position in the Cotswolds. We are surrounded with beautiful coutryside, charming Cotswold villages and interesting historic towns.

We have some beautiful walks on our doorstep, through old streets full of Cotswold stone buildings and into peaceful woodlands or along the old canal.

There are a number of wonderful local pubs serving local produce and real ales.

Stroud and Cirencester are just a bus ride away (bus stop just 50 yards from Rose Briar). Cirencester is known for its Roman heritage and its unique mix of independent shops. Stroud is noted for its independent spirit and cafe culture; British designer Jasper Conran once likened Stroud to 'the Covent Garden of the Cotswolds'.
